Toilet broken.

Water heater leaking.

I called a Plumber. Sent him pictures of both Problems.

9 am - the next day - Before The Plumber Got out of his truck in my driveway.

I ran out.

Handed him an Envelope.

Plumber Fixed my Toilet.

Plumber went to basement where my water heater was leaking all over the floor.

Running water into the Floor Drain.

I said, "The Water Valve above the water Heater is FROZEN. I sprayed it with WD40 - still stuck.

I was Afraid to put a Wrench on it. Might bust something else.

Mr XYZ reached up.

Turned the valve Easily.

Said.

"That was Easy. I looked it up after you sent me Pictures. A New Water heater like this one. That uses Fuel oil is 7000 bucks.

"Plus Installation and Disposal. Another 500.00

"I'll look for a cheap Electric water heater for you.

And charged me 310.00 instead of $7500.00

And drove away.
